  • This is a dynamic running exercise designed to improve agility, coordination and change-of-direction control.
  • It is commonly prescribed to enhance running efficiency, useful in the final stages of return to sport rehabilitation.
  • Set up 6-8 cones in a gentle S-shaped pattern, spaced evenly apart.
  • Begin running with speed but whilst maintaining control.
  • As you approach the each curve, gently lean your body in the direction of travel from the ankles (not the hips), keeping your trunk as tall as possible.
  • Complete repetitions as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
