This is a dynamic running exercise designed to improve agility, coordination and change-of-direction control.
It is commonly prescribed to enhance running efficiency, useful in the final stages of return to sport rehabilitation.
Set up 6-8 cones in a gentle S-shaped pattern, spaced evenly apart.
Begin running with speed but whilst maintaining control.
As you approach the each curve, gently lean your body in the direction of travel from the ankles (not the hips), keeping your trunk as tall as possible.
Complete repetitions as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
