- Begin in a seated position with your affected ankle resting on the opposite knee.
- Loop the resistance band around the forefoot of your affected foot, and secure the other end under the foot of your unaffected leg.
- Use your hands to position your affected foot so it is pointed down and turned inward.
- Slowly release your foot, allowing it to move back to the starting position against the resistance of the band.
- Focus on controlling the movement as your foot returns.
- Repeat as prescribed by your Physiotherapist.
