Instructions:
- Lie on your back with your head in a neutral position (+/- pillow) and your back flat on floor
- Bring your knees up to a 90 degree angle and bring your shins up so that they are parallel with the floor
- From this position, drop one foot down to touch the floor with your toes
- Aim to keep your knee at the same angle for the entirety of the movement, focusing on keeping your core engaged and your lower back flat on floor
- After touching the floor with toes return to the start position and repeat on the other side
- Continue as per physiotherapist instruction
