Double Leg
Instructions
- Stand on an incline board, facing downwards.
- Make your feet shoulder width apart, and your toes pointing straight ahead.
- Bend your knees and move your hips behind you, going down to the depth you feel comfortable with.
- Try to keep your knees over your middle toe. Try to keep your back straight.
- Slowly return to standing straight up.
- Repeat as many times as your Physiotherapist has prescribed.
Single Leg Down, Double Leg Up
- Stand on an incline board, facing downwards.
- Have one leg in the middle of the board, and take the other one off the ground.
- Bend your knees and move your hips behind you, going down to the depth you feel comfortable with.
- Try to keep your knees over your middle toe. Try to keep your back straight.
- Bring the other foot back to the board, and use both legs to slowly return to standing straight up.
- Repeat as many times as your Physiotherapist has prescribed.
Single Leg

Precautions
- This is an advanced exercise, make sure your Physiotherapist is happy for you to start this.
- If you experience any increases in pain during this exercise, contact your Physiotherapist.
