Instructions
- Place your hands on the wall at roughly shoulder height
- They will be wider than the shoulders
- Take your feet back from the wall, you may come onto the toes in the position
- Bend the elbows and focus on drawing the shoulder blades together as you move towards the wall
Precautions
- Ensure that the elbows stay elevated in line with the wrist joint
- Avoid straining through the neck and drawing the shoulders up towards the ears
