  • Come into lying on a soft surface
  • Take the hands behind the head
  • Bend the knees and move the feet out beyond the line of the hips or outside the exercise mat
  • Keeping the back flat allow one knee to fall in towards the midline
  • Gently draw it back to the start position and repeat on the opposite side
  • Repeat as per Physiotherapist guidelines
