  • Hi Glen, I don't have a video of the squat against the floor for pelvic floor release. Let me know if you need a video and I will make you one. Hope all is well.
1Lumbar Flexion – Childs Pose
  • Kneel in front of stability ball.
  • Rest both of your hands up on the stability ball about shoulder-width apart.
  • Sit your buttocks back onto your heels (or as far as you can manage comfortably).
  • At the same time, stretch and push the ball away from your body.
  • Complete as per Physiotherapist instruction.

2Shoulder External Rotation Abduction [Supported]
2 sets of 15 reps
  • Come into sitting with the chest open and head stacked above the pelvis.
  • Position the target limb on a bench at 90 degrees with the wrist above the elbow.
  • Utilise a hand weight prescribed.
  • Lower the hand towards the table.
  • Pull the weight back to position the wrist above the elbow.
  • Repeat as per Physiotherapist’s guidelines.
