1Banana Stretch – Quadratus Lumborum
- Find a wall/doorway that can be gripped with the hands.
- Stand close to the doorway and grab with both hands.
- Draw the side of the body that’s furthest away for the wall outwards until you feel a stretch up the side of the body.

Left side away from the wall to open up
2Cat-Cow
- Start on your hands and knees, with your hands under your shoulders, and knees under your hips.
- Allow your stomach to slowly drop down.
- Hold this position.
- Next, arch your back up by tucking your head and tailbone in, and pulling your belly button in towards your spine.
- Hold this position and repeat.
