Instructions
- Take the affected arm in the opposite hand
- Gently bring the arm across the body to feel a stretch at the back of the shoulder
- Turn your head to look over the shoulder of the affected to increase the stretch
- Hold the stretch for up to 30 secs
- Repeat 5 times or as instructed by your physiotherapist
Precautions
- Complete the exercise to the limit of your discomfort and not into pain
- If you are unsure of the exercise, please contact your physiotherapist
