The “Tantrums” hip flexion exercise is a dynamic hamstring activation drill that helps build strength and control in the back of the thigh. It’s often used in lower limb rehab, especially for hamstring injuries, running preparation, or posterior chain engagement. This exercise supports improved muscle timing, injury prevention, and functional strength through the hips and legs.
