Falls are a leading cause of injury for older adults, with one in three Australians over the age of 65 experiencing a fall each year. At Peak Physio, our Falls Prevention Program is designed to reduce risk through education, targeted exercises, and physiotherapist-led support. By improving strength, balance, confidence, and safety awareness, we help you stay independent, mobile, and active in your community.
