Contraindications & Safety
Safety is vital to us in these classes. As such, they are not suitable for individuals with uncontrolled medical conditions or significant mobility impairments. Participants should be able to stand and move independently without a walking aid. All exercises are closely supervised and can be adapted to each person’s ability.
