Our tailored 8-week Mums + Bubs Pilates Program is designed to help you safely and confidently return to exercise after having your baby. Led by our Women's Health and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapists, the program combines both reformer and mat-based Pilates in a supportive small-group environment. Suitable for all fitness levels and stages of postnatal recovery, the program includes comprehensive physiotherapy assessments before and after the course to ensure your exercise plan is tailored to your individual needs. Private health rebates may apply depending on your level of cover.

  • New mums from 6 weeks postpartum (or when cleared by their healthcare provider)
