- Lift your right knee up towards your chest while simultaneously performing a small hop off your left foot.
- Land softly on your left foot as you lower your right foot back to the ground.
- Immediately lift your left knee up towards your chest and hop lightly off your right foot.
- Continue alternating legs in a smooth, rhythmic skipping pattern.
- Keep your chest lifted, your gaze forwards, and your arms moving naturally to assist balance.
- Focus on landing lightly on the balls of your feet with each hop.
- Complete repetitions as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
