  • Relax your leg muscles and focus on moving just the ankle.
  • Using your big toe as a pointer, slowly trace the letters of the alphabet in the air.
  • Aim to create smooth, controlled movements through your full comfortable range.
  • Keep the rest of your leg still—movement should come from the ankle only.
  • Stop if you experience sharp pain or increased swelling.
  • Complete repetitions as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
