Instructions

  • Rest your elbow on a table.
  • Place a rolled up towel, small ball or foam roller in your elbow crease.
  • Bend the elbow to keep the towel in place.
  • Use your other hand to bend the elbow slightly further, and then release.
  • Repeat this as many times as your Physiotherapist has prescribed.
