- Sit on your bed with a pillow behind you
- Place your feet towards the end of the bed
- Turn your head 45 degrees to the right side
- Lie back over the pillow
- Make sure your head is at least 30 degrees in extension
- Wait until your symptoms ease, wait another 30 seconds to a minute
- Turn your head to the left, wait until your symptoms ease, wait another 30 to 60 seconds
- Turn on your left side, wait for 1 minute
- Sit up while tucking your chin to your left shoulder wait 30 seconds
- Look forward
- Please repeat the amount of times given by your physiotherapist
