- Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.
- Have a partner stand nearby, ready to apply gentle pushes while you are in the air.
- Perform a controlled vertical jump.
- As you are airborne, your partner applies a gentle push from one direction:
- From behind
- From the side
- From the front
- Land softly on both feet with your knees aligned over your toes.
- Absorb the landing by bending through your hips, knees and ankles.
- Maintain your balance and regain a stable standing position before the next repetition.
- Keep your chest upright and your core engaged throughout the movement.
- Complete repetitions as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
