  • Stand upright on both feet with your partner nearby, ready to apply gentle pushes while you are in the air.
  • Perform a controlled vertical jump.
  • As you are airborne, your partner applies a gentle push from one direction:
    • From behind
    • From the side
    • From the front
  • Land softly on the prescribed leg.
  • Absorb the landing by bending through your hip, knee and ankle.
  • Keep your knee aligned over your toes and avoid letting it collapse inward.
  • Maintain your balance and stabilise on the landing leg before returning to the starting position.
  • Keep your chest upright and your core engaged throughout the movement.
  • Complete repetitions as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
