Stand side on to a cable machine with the pulley set at elbow height.
Hold the cable handle in the hand furthest from the machine.
Bend your elbow to 90 degrees and keep it tucked gently against your side. You may place a rolled towel between your elbow and body if instructed by your physiotherapist.
Stand tall with your shoulders relaxed and engage your core.
Begin with your forearm across the front of your body.
Keeping your elbow tucked against your side, rotate your forearm away from your body until it is comfortable or your forearm points forwards.
Keep your wrist in a neutral position throughout the movement.
Slowly return to the starting position with control.
Avoid rotating your trunk or lifting your shoulder during the exercise.
Complete repetitions as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
