  • Stand upright with your feet together so your ankles and knees are touching or close together.
  • Position yourself near a stable surface such as a bench or wall for support if needed.
  • Keep your posture tall with your shoulders relaxed and arms by your sides.
  • Look straight ahead and steady yourself before beginning.
  • Slowly close your eyes while maintaining your balance.
  • Keep your weight evenly distributed through both feet.
  • Try to remain as still as possible without excessive swaying.
  • Hold/maintain as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
