- In a sitting position, hold onto a target in each hand (this can be a written letter, number, shape)
- Turn your head and focus on the target then quickly turn your head and focus on the other target
- Dizziness is normal but should be tollerable
- This exercise can be done in sitting, standing and walking as well
- Make sure you do the exercises prescribed by your physiotherapist in a safe environment
- Please repeat as per your physiotherapist guidelines
