- Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, shoulders relaxed, and arms slightly out to the sides for balance.
- Step your right foot out to the side.
- Cross your left foot in front of your right foot, placing it down to the side.
- Step your right foot out to the side again.
- Cross your left foot behind your right foot, placing it down to the side.
- Continue this pattern, alternating crossing in front and behind, moving sideways along the floor.
- Keep your knees softly bent and your torso facing forwards.
- Gradually increase your pace and stay light on your feet, continue to maintain control.
- Complete repetitions as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
