- Sit on the edge of a bed
- Extend one leg straight out in front of you on the bed, keeping the knee straight and toes pointing up.
- Let the other leg hang comfortably off the side of the bed, with the foot relaxed and knee bent.
- Gently reach forward towards your foot on the bed.
- You should feel a stretch along the back of your thigh (on the leg that’s on the bed).
- Hold/maintain as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
