Instructions

  • Come to a plank position with your hands placed on a bench in front.
  • Hands should be shoulder distance apart and hips should be in line with the trunk.
  • From this position, bring one knee up towards your chest whilst controlling the plank position.
  • Perform the same movement on the other side.
  • Repeat as per physiotherapist instruction.
