- Position yourself lying face down on a sturdy bench or table so that your hips are close to the edge.
- Your torso should be fully supported on the bench, with your pelvis near the edge and legs hanging freely off.
- Allow your legs to relax completely, letting gravity gently pull them downward.
- Keep your upper body relaxed, resting on your forearms or folded arms.
- Maintain a neutral spine position—avoid arching or tensing your lower back.
- Breathe slowly and deeply, allowing your muscles to relax further with each breath.
- Hold/maintain as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
