- Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand in front of your thighs.
- Keep a soft bend in your knees and gently brace your core.
- Hinge at your hips by pushing your hips backwards, allowing the dumbbells to slide down the front of your thighs.
- Keep your spine neutral, chest open, and shoulders gently pulled back.
- Lower the dumbbells until you feel a stretch through the back of your thighs, without rounding your back.
- Drive through your heels and squeeze your glutes to return to standing.
- Complete repetitions as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
