  • Sit comfortably in a chair with your back supported and both feet flat on the floor.
  • Keep your knees bent at 90 degrees and thigh relaxed.
  • Gently point your toes downward, pressing the ball of your foot away from you (plantarflexion).
  • Move slowly and only through your available, pain-free range.
  • Return your foot to the neutral starting position with control.
  • Complete repetitions as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
