Instructions

  • Lie on your back and raise your hands towards the ceiling lightly squeezing a pilates ball between the hands
  • Keeping your back and head on the bed, reach your hands towards the ceiling
  • Return to the start position by drawing your shoulders back towards the spine
  • Repeat as per Physiotherapists guidelines
