  • Stand side-on to a wall with your feet comfortably apart for balance.
  • Place the hand of your affected arm lightly against the wall at your side.
  • Slowly “walk” your fingers up the wall, moving your arm outward to the side in a controlled abduction motion.
  • Pause briefly at the highest point you can comfortably reach without pain or compensation.
  • Gently walk your fingers back down the wall to the starting position.
  • Keep your shoulders relaxed and avoid shrugging during the movement.
  • Complete repetitions as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
