The short lever shoulder lateral raise targets the deltoid muscles while reducing load on the shoulder joint by keeping the elbows bent. This variation is ideal for early-stage rehab, post-surgery recovery, or building strength with less strain. It helps improve shoulder stability, lateral arm strength, and control for functional movements.
