  • Kneel beside the ball and place your lower elbow and forearm on top of the Swiss ball directly beneath your shoulder.
  • Extend both legs out to the side
  • Tighten your abdominal muscles and gently draw your shoulder blade down and back.
  • Lift your hips off the floor until your body forms a straight line from your head to your feet.
  • Keep your neck relaxed and your head in line with your spine.
  • Maintain even pressure through your forearm into the ball and avoid allowing the ball to roll.
  • Breathe steadily throughout the exercise.
  • Hold as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
