  • Place the BOSU on the floor with the dome side facing up.
  • Stand close to a wall, bench, or rail for support if needed.
  • Step one foot onto the centre of the BOSU.
  • Slowly lift the opposite foot off the floor.
  • Keep your standing knee slightly bent and aligned over your second toe.
  • Gently engage your core and keep your hips level.
  • Focus your eyes on a fixed point in front of you.
  • Maintain steady balance without gripping your toes or letting your arch collapse.
  • Hold/maintain as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
