- Place the BOSU on the floor with the dome side facing up.
- Stand close to a wall, bench, or rail for support if needed.
- Step one foot onto the centre of the BOSU.
- Slowly lift the opposite foot off the floor.
- Keep your standing knee slightly bent and aligned over your second toe.
- Gently engage your core and keep your hips level.
- Focus your eyes on a fixed point in front of you.
- Maintain steady balance without gripping your toes or letting your arch collapse.
- Hold/maintain as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
