  • Hold a target (e.g., your thumb or a pen) at arm’s length, positioned directly in front of your nose.
  • Slowly move the target straight up towards the ceiling, keeping your eyes focused on it the entire time.
  • Then slowly move the target straight down towards the floor, again keeping your eyes fixed on it.
  • Focus on maintaining smooth, steady tracking rather than jumping or skipping movements.
  • Avoid moving your head; only your eyes should follow the target.
  • Repeat the up-and-down movement at a slow and controlled pace.
  • Complete repetitions as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
