Supine snow angels with roller
- Lie on your back with a foam roller positioned lengthways along your spine, supporting your head and pelvis
- Bend your knees with feet flat on the floor for balance
- Gently engage your core to keep your ribs from flaring
- Start with your arms by your sides, palms facing up
- Slowly move your arms out to the side and overhead in a wide arc, like making a snow angel
- Keep your arms relaxed but aim to maintain contact with the floor throughout the movement
- Move within a comfortable range without forcing your shoulders down
- Control the motion as you return your arms back to your sides
- Complete repetitions as prescribed by your physiotherapist
