- Stand facing a cable machine with the pulley set above head height.
- Hold the handle or rope attachment with both hands and position your elbows close to your sides.
- Stand tall with your feet shoulder width apart and engage your core.
- Bend your elbows to approximately 90 degrees to begin.
- Keeping your upper arms still, straighten your elbows to push the handle down until your arms are fully extended.
- Squeeze the triceps at the end of the movement without locking your elbows forcefully.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control.
- Keep your wrists in a neutral position throughout the exercise.
- Avoid moving your shoulders or leaning your body to assist the movement.
- Complete repetitions as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
