  • Stand facing a cable machine with the pulley set above head height.
  • Hold the handle or rope attachment with both hands and position your elbows close to your sides.
  • Stand tall with your feet shoulder width apart and engage your core.
  • Bend your elbows to approximately 90 degrees to begin.
  • Keeping your upper arms still, straighten your elbows to push the handle down until your arms are fully extended.
  • Squeeze the triceps at the end of the movement without locking your elbows forcefully.
  • Slowly return to the starting position with control.
  • Keep your wrists in a neutral position throughout the exercise.
  • Avoid moving your shoulders or leaning your body to assist the movement.
  • Complete repetitions as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
