  • Stand holding a small ball
  • Gently toss the ball from one hand to the other at about eye level, letting it move side to side across your midline.
  • Follow the ball with both your eyes and head together — move your head smoothly in the same direction as the ball.
  • Keep the movement rhythmic and controlled; avoid jerky or rushed motion.
  • Continue 1min x 2 sets or as prescribed by your physiotherapist
