Instructions

  • Position yourself with the affected limb on a bench
  • The elbow should be bent to approximately 90 degrees
  • Hold the theraband with the opposite hand and anchor away from the target limb
  • With the thumb facing the roof commence the movement by moving into a palm down position. This is the ‘pronation’ component of the movement
  • Repeat as prescribed
