- Sit comfortably with your elbow bent to approximately 90 degrees and tucked by your side.
- Hold one end of the Therabar with the exercising hand and the opposite end with your other hand to provide resistance.
- Begin with your forearm in a neutral position, with your thumb pointing upwards.
- Slowly rotate your forearm so your palm turns upwards against the resistance of the Therabar.
- Keep your elbow tucked against your body and avoid moving your shoulder throughout the exercise.
- Pause briefly at the end of the movement, then slowly return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- Maintain a steady grip without squeezing the Therabar excessively.
- Complete repetitions as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
